Matt Anderson
Matt is co-founder and commercial director of Montage Communications - he lives and breathes social media and knows what makes online communities tick!
His role is to advise and help clients understand the impact that social media is having on their organisation and in response he develops social media strategies, bespoke training packages and crisis planning.
Matt has 11 years’ experience in consumer and public sector marketing, PR and social media. Clients past and present include Starbucks, FA, Orange, National Lottery, South West RDA, ECover, SACO Apartments, Brabantia and Zubworld.com.
He provides social media training sessions and consultancy for clients and creative agencies throughout the South West and is a regular speaker on the online PR and social media circuit. He is the co-organiser of @Bristwestival 2010.
Aime Southgate
Former 'Young Communicator of the Year' at the Institute of Public Relations Awards (many moons ago!) Aime is the co-founder and director of Montage Communications.
Aime devises and manages influencer campaigns and conversation platforms. She manages online communities, social applications, conversation response and reputation management.
She has 14 years' experience directing marketing, social media and traditional PR campaigns for a range of consumer clients including Brabantia, The North Face and Starbucks. Other key clients include Bristol Academies, Connexions West of England, LSC West of England, Big Lottery Fund, Bristol Campus, Environment Agency, and Camelot South West.
Aime empowers clients to listen to conversations throughout social media relevant to their brand, services, competitors and sector. Conversation audits, detailed influencer research and ongoing social media monitoring, help her clients understand the sentiments and influencers driving the conversations and what actions to take as a result.
Vanesther Rees
PR Account Manager: Vanesther has worked in PR for 15 years and has gained considerable consumer PR experience working with major household brands including Lovington's Ice Cream, Costa, Vodafone, Orange, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, AXA, Channel 4, Jekka's Herb Farm, The Rowley Gallery (Kensington) and The National Lottery. She manages press calls and conferences, media relations and secures high impact print coverage.
Craig Hellen
The Montage team have worked with Craig Hellen for several years and have always been wowed by his technical expertise, abundance of creative talents and his technical know-how in producing high end video and motion graphics. Recent live video streaming included filming, broadcasting and editing a debate for our client South West RDA. This live and interactive event focused on ‘The South West of Tomorrow’ and the future of the region’s economy.
Craig has also worked with our client Bristol Academies in preparing a range of informative DVD prospectuses for academies throughout the South West. Last month’s project included shooting video case studies of young people who have used the services of Connexions West and gone on to own their own businesses, combine parenthood with study and work their way up the educational ladder, providing inspiring and motivating ‘real-life’ stories.
Rob Plumley
Rob is outstanding in open source technologies such as Wordpress and Drupal, and provides PHP and HTML programming for all our client projects. He also works with Matt on SEO, website optimisation and video streaming solutions with Craig for clients such as the South West RDA.
He is working on some great projects right now including designing and building a new website for a leading recruitment agency, Lucy Bristow Recruitment. The site is due for launch in September, so be prepared for some technical wizardry, it’s going to blow you away!
Right now he is also beavering away to build a website for Deep-Secure, who provide assured messaging and application security solutions.
Rob was also instrumental in building Adlib Recruitment’s spanking new funky blog which gets candidates and clients up-to-date with all the latest insider news, events and industry gossip!
